Payment

1. Payment will only be done upfront. If the commission is above 200$ the payment can also be done 50/50
2. No refunds once I’ve started the line art stage.

Process

1. You’ll receive a sketch for approval before I continue to line art.
2. TAT is usually 2 weeks to a month, depending on complexity of the commission and my schedule.
3. I do not work on Wednesdays and Thursdays
4. Please note that I may not work in the exact order my work queue is in.
5. Once I begin with lineart, no further revisions are allowed.
6. Up to 3 major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. (Minor revisions for example: expressions, are unlimited)
Note: the amount of revisions allowed do not apply to the character design service.

Usage & Rights

1. The use of my art for AI training, NFTs, or crypto, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!

Personal use:
1. Personal projects
2. Icons / profile pictures
3. Prints and keychains
- Credit is required <3Monetized Use (+75% of base price):
Allows use for:
1. Thumbnails
2. VTuber/OC design + use design to get artworks
3. Monetized content on social media or streaming platformsCommercial Use (2× Base Price):
Includes all monetized use plus:
1. Selling the design
2. Merchandise
3. Advertisements & promotional material- Credit is required in all cases.
- Ownership of the artwork is not transferred.
- I retain full copyright and portfolio rights.

Artist Rights

1. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.2. I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post, display, or include it in portfolios, commission examples, and social media (this also includes sharing WIPS), unless the client requests privacy.3. The commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own, remove my watermark/signature, or alter the image without permission.4. ANY break of the TOS mentioned above will result in blacklisting.5. If you post my art anywhere please do credit me!
